Diet update...3 weeks ago Monday marked my official diet start: after 3 weeks i am down 1lbs. (total 10lbs) apparently 3 day weekends don't agree with my waist.

Apparently you NOT supposed to eat a whole box of cookies in one sitting...who knew!!

Just heard "I Heard it through the grapevine" by CCR and my son was shocked to hear it 11 minutes long, so off to wiki I went...In-A-Gadda-Da-Vida 17 minutes! To which the buy said "WHY?!" I said it was the 70's, there was nothing better to do. (FYI the wiki says the live version was 19:00+)

Last night on ABC local news the story came out that the US wants bombs to drop on nuclear plants. At which point my 15 year old looked at me and said "Bombing a nuclear plant?? Hell! Nothing could go wrong there!" He makes me proud some days, other days a scratch my head and wonder how he managed to get is pants on!
